Brazing Jig & Fixture (Carbon and BN-Al2O3 types)
We manufacture carbon (C) and boron nitride-alumina (BN-Al2O3) jigs and fixtures for various brazing works, such as joining of ceramic-to-metal and for bonding ceramic-to-ceramic. Our mission is to provide the highest quality brazing jigs an fixtures in the shortest delivery time for our customers' demanding requirements. Typical manufacturing time is 10 days in Japan, with delivery to North American customers about one week later by airfreight. All prices are delivered, duty paid to our customer's site.

- No wettability and no chemical reaction with molten steel, aluminum, copper and glass, etc.
- Light weight
- Boron nitride-alumina is the recommended material for brazing without contamination, because it's an electrical insulator.
