(Top) Baker type Applicator : Because the blade itself is eccentric, matching the right and left graduations with the guide line marked, the desired film thickness will be available. (0 - 10mil)
(Bottom) Doctor Blade : This is a metal block which has certain clearance. Sliding on paper or metallic foil, it will produce uniform film as think as the clearance.
